POSTURAL CENTRE

At the Hotel San Leonardo the new opening of the Posture and Sports Centre managed and coordinated by Lucio:
Diplomas : Underwater Divemaster, Mountain Bike instructor,  Personal trainer and Olympic weight-lifting instructor.
“My coaching in sports centres has been multi-faceted, from martial arts to Aerobics to weight training.
But that wasn’t enough, my back problem persisted,  so I took a number of diplomas – master on Scoliosis, Back School, Paramorphism and Dismorphism in childhood and adolescence, Mézières method and postural equilibrium.
From here I adopted a mixed methodology of training and postural reconstruction until 2005 when I met Dr. Mirco Dal Maso of Vicenza, the creator of the innovative SittingBack® postural chair.
Under his guidance I gained the diploma of Postural hygiene technician with the SittingBack® chair.
My study of the body continued and urged me to want to fully understand the meaning of stability and movement, and so I have recently taken another diploma, which will by no means be the last, as a Nordic Walking Instructor with the ANWI (Italian Nordic Walking Association).
Through all this study and practice I have built up experience and a precise knowledge of the human body, training and correct postural equilibrium.
The idea of putting together the various methods and disciplines is based precisely on this, and on my many years of experience in contact with people affected by problems of greater or lesser severity and with sports men and women.
In a specific, accurate and total work perspective I see it as necessary to use certain apparatus involved with the method: the Vibration platform, the Inversion bench, the Balance boards, the SittingBack chair, as well as small pieces of equipment and elastic aids.
All this is based on correct breathing and inner calm without which the body does not have much chance of improving itself.”
